FAARemotePilot.com (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional drone services, including but not limited to aerial photography, videography, mission planning, and consulting services for real estate and commercial applications. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Legal Notice.



2. FAA Compliance & Licensing

All drone operations are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), including 14 CFR Part 107.


  • All flights are operated by a certified Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC)
  • Airspace authorization is obtained when required (e.g., controlled airspace)
  • Operations adhere to safety, altitude, and visibility regulations
  • Night operations, if conducted, comply with FAA waiver or current regulations


We reserve the right to decline or cancel any project that cannot be performed in full compliance with FAA regulations or in a safe manner.



3. Property & Airspace Restrictions

Clients acknowledge:

  • Not all locations are eligible for drone operations due to:
    • FAA airspace restrictions
    • Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs)
    • Proximity to airports or sensitive facilities
  • The Company does not guarantee that requested locations can be flown


If a location is deemed unsafe or restricted, alternative solutions (e.g., rescheduling, modified scope, or ground-based photography) may be offered.



4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Obtain property owner permission when required
  • Disclose any relevant site conditions or hazards
  • Ensure no illegal or prohibited activities are requested
  • Provide accurate property details and access information


Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, rescheduling fees, or cancellation.



5. Weather & Operational Conditions

Drone operations are subject to environmental conditions.


We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to:

  • High winds
  • Rain or adverse weather
  • Poor visibility
  • Safety concerns


Safety decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Remote Pilot in Command.



6. Image Usage & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All media (photos, videos, raw footage) remains the intellectual property of FAARemotePilot.com
  • Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for marketing and promotional use related to the specific property


The Company reserves the right to:

  • Use captured media for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes
  • Display work on websites, social media, and advertising materials


7. Privacy & Neighboring Properties

Drone photography may incidentally capture surrounding areas.


We make reasonable efforts to:

  • Respect privacy
  • Avoid unnecessary capture of individuals or private activities


However, clients acknowledge that aerial imagery may include neighboring properties as part of standard real estate perspectives.



8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • FAARemotePilot.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services rendered


We are not responsible for:

  • Inability to complete services due to regulatory restrictions
  • Delays caused by weather, airspace authorization, or external factors
  • Client misuse of delivered media


9. Insurance

We maintain appropriate liability insurance for drone operations. Proof of insurance may be provided upon request prior to service.



10. Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice
  • Cancellations within [24–48 hours] may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Rescheduling due to weather or FAA restrictions will not incur penalties


11. No Legal or Real Estate Advice

Services provided are strictly for aerial imaging and related consulting.


We do not provide:

  • Legal advice
  • Real estate valuation
  • Brokerage or listing services


Clients should consult appropriate licensed professionals for those services.



12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify this Legal Notice at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.


13. Professional Standards & Mission Authority

All operations are conducted under the authority of the Remote Pilot in Command, who retains final decision-making authority regarding:

  • Flight safety
  • Mission feasibility
  • Regulatory compliance


No client instruction will override FAA regulations or safe operating practices.
